began drywall work in 1953 in the Corpus Christi area.
He continued to work drywall in Texas until 1961, when
he moved to Las Vegas. He worked drywall for the next
three years in Las Vegas and then for the next 27 years
throughout California. Lawsuit was filed in Nueces
County in December of 2001 and was resolved in October
of 2002. Settlements were approximately $7 million. By
the year 2030 it is estimated that asbestos will have
caused 60 thousand instances of mesothelioma and around
